Order Status

Do you ship overseas?

At this time we only ship within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are processed within 5–7 business days. To ensure every item meets our quality standards, orders typically ship within 3–5 weeks. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

How do I know if my order has shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email to the email you entered at checkout.

*NOTE: If you have not gotten any emails from us after placing your order, it is likely that you mistyped your email address during checkout. Please email our Customer Support team at Support@thehomerunproject.com to have your email address checked or corrected.

Refunds/Exchanges

Do you offer refunds, returns, or exchanges?

We are not able to give refunds, process returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Once an order is placed, your contest entries are automatically and immediately submitted to our third party entry company. We cannot tamper with the entries for The Homerun Project giveaway.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact customer support immediately so we can assist immediately. Include a picture of the incorrect/damaged item you received, as well as a screenshot of your confirmation email showing the correct item and order number. We must receive an email within 3 days of your delivery date.

Items must be in brand-new condition, meaning unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Is this legit? Can I actually win?

Absolutely! We have paid lawyers a lot of money to make sure that when our entry period ends, one lucky person becomes the winner. Our main goal at The Homerun Project is to help people get past all the road blocks to homeownership. So every time you purchase something on our website, you automatically get entered to win our current sweepstakes

How do I enter the current giveaway?

Entering is easy! Every dollar spent in our store earns you entries to win.
For example, if the entry multiplier is 10X and you spend $100, you’ll receive 1,000 entries toward the giveaway.

Your entries are automatically calculated at checkout and then securely tracked by our Third-Party Administrator for the official winner drawing once the giveaway ends.

You do not need to buy anything to enter, but the supporters who choose to make a purchase help make these giveaways possible.

How do I know how many entries I have?

You can check your entries on individual orders by viewing your order summary once you've placed an order:

Steps to View Entries:
1: Open your order confirmation email (sent to you after purchase).

2: Click the “View My Order” button. You will then be redirected to enter your email on our website.

3: Enter the email you made the purchase with.

4. Enter the verification code sent to you email.

4: Once you're in, your entries will be displayed on the page!

How do I contact The Homerun Project?

When do you announce the winner?

Once the giveaway has ended the winner will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period. This process usually takes on average 5-7 business days before we receive the winners name. Once we know the winners name we announce it on our website and all of our social channels.

How will I know if I am the Winner?

If you are selected as a potential winner in one of our Giveaways, one of the founders of The Homerun Project will contact you via the phone number and the email address you provided on your order/entry form. We will never ask for payment details or a credit card as part of awarding a prize.

We do not use social media to contact the winner of the Giveaway. If you feel that you have been contacted by someone impersonating The Homerun Project or our representative, please contact us at Support@thehomerunproject.com so our team can look into it.
